个人简介
张建营，男，博士，讲师，硕士生导师，中共党员，山东沂水人。山东农业大学博士后，临沂新程金锣集团科技副总，山东省企业科技特派员，山东省功能性宠物食品工程研究中心副主任。主要从事猪、鸡、猫犬等单胃动物生理和营养的研究。主持或参与中央引导地方科技发展资金项目、临沂市重点研发计划项目、企业委托项目等9项。目前已在Animal feed science and technology, Livestock science, Journal of animal physiology and animal nutrition, Asian-australasian journal of animal science等SCI学术期刊发表论文20篇,授权实用新型专利2项。参编“十四五”规划教材1部，专著1部，指导学生参加学科竞赛并获奖十余项，获“优秀指导教师”1项，在“百名博士进兰山”活动中获优秀奖。

研究方向
1. 人体及动物生理和营养学研究
主要探究在饲料中添加微生物、酶制剂和天然植物及其提取物等对肉鸡、蛋鸡和猫犬健康的影响；通过筛选人体肠道微生物，揭示人体肠道微生物与脂肪沉积的关系。
2. 畜禽屠宰及冷鲜肉加工
1.优化畜禽屠宰前后的检验检疫技术；2.提升畜禽屠宰的自动化和智能化设备；3.探究新型冷鲜肉保鲜技术和加工技术
